Hmm, not sure what Admin panel you're looking at, but on mine, the language option is right there
in User Manager, located in the Profile just below Email, and just above User Title :mrgreen:

Nope, I tested it by clearing all cookies in Safari. Setting the value in Firefox, and then loggin
in via Safari. The interface correctly switched to Chinese when logged in. One thing to note...

Go to your control panel, and at the very bottom of the "Edit Options" (编辑论坛选项)
section there is a option called "Forum Language" (论坛语言) which might do the trick.

Haha, yep, I guess that's the way for observant people to notice what user interface language
other members are using.

Edit: Actually I take that back. In the traditional interface, it's translated as: 私人訊息
